Being a “nature-ally”

Outland Opera thinks it’s very important to ‘leave no trace’ at sites; here’s why.

At Outland Opera, we’re lucky to be working in nature. Whilst this means that we get to enjoy lots of wonderful views, it also makes us guests in the homes of all sorts of animals, plants and trees.

‘Leave no trace’ is a set of principles we follow to make sure that Outland Opera and our audiences leave sites as we found them. We also think they’re pretty good to use a rule of thumb whenever we’re in ‘the great outdoors’... whether we’re out for long walks, partying in the park, or off on a wild camping adventure. It may seem a bit goody-goody… but it’s just having manners, isn’t it?

You can find our full environmental impact policy below, but this slideshow should give you a few easy-to-follow pointers.
