Outland Opera is absolutely delighted to launch our brand new website at the start of a brand new year. For us, Outland Opera is a glimmer of hope amidst the chaos of the coronavirus pandemic - we hope that this site gives you a little spark of cheer too!

We want our online presence to generate some excitement about opera in unusual places, the oral tradition, and our first project, The Stones Sing. This is a place where you can find out about our work, our ethos, and how you can support us as we launch this ambitious venture.

Something that you may have noticed is the beautiful artwork on our site. This is the handiwork of multi-talented artist, Children’s BAFTA award-winning actress, and all-round excellent person, Emily Burnett. We’re very lucky to have persuaded Emily to explore lino again after specialising in portraiture (of animals as well as humans!). There are many beautiful prints availble on her website.
